Reflection 6/12/2011

The best books I have read this term are Heroes of Olympus: Son of Neptune and Superior Saturday. Son of Neptune is about a son of poseidon called Percy Jackson. He has lost his memory and doesn't remember anything. All he can remember is his girlfriend called Annabeth.

He meets a boy and a girl, Hazel and Frank, in a camp called camp Jupiter, a roman camp. Frank's father, Mars, the war god, gives them a quest to stop the earth goddess Gaia. She lives in a land beyond the gods, Alaska and they have to stop her from making an army invade camp jupiter.

I don't really remember what Superior Saturday was about. So I can't tell you much about it.

Reflection 30/11/2011

Just two more weeks left until school is over. I am really excited and I can't wait until college. Although, I'm a bit afraid that there might be bullys and guys that might want me to try drugs. But other than that I'm really excited about college.

My speech on Tuesday

I was actually supposed to say my speech on Monday but, since I forgot to my cue cards at home, Miss Bolger allowed me to do it on Tuesday. So then on tuesday, I felt a bit nervous, but then I thought to myself, " Just get it over with, be a man,"

So then I said my speech and got it over with. I was so relieved when I finished saying my speech. But, I'm just glad I had finished my speech.

hobbies

Walking is my favourite hobby. Since I can explore Johnsonville and gain some excersise.I also run sometimes if I ever get bored of just walking.

The weekend

So last week, I managed to complete all my tasks in lunchtime. There was a reward activity after lunchtime for those who completed all their tasks before lunchtime. Sadly, I only completed in lunchtime, so, I didn't get to do the reward activity. They were playing capture the flag for the activity.

During the weekend, I was reading the book that Finn lend to me, the book was called heroes fo Olympus, the son of Neptune which is a pretty good book. I read six chapters which made me miss my favourite TV program.
Then on Sunday, I had my breakfast and carried on reading. I took a couple of breaks. In the evening, I went outside for a walk. I walked around Johsonville. Then, when I was nearly back home, I saw a dog with a collar crossing the street all by itself. I tried to look for its owner, but the owner was nowhere near the dog. Then the dog came near me and for some strange reason, I got scared when it started to sniff me. In my head, I had two choices. Number 1, I could check its collar and number 2 was that I could run to the door of my house since it was close by. So, I decided to run which was the stupidest thing I ever did. When I reached my door, I just ran up to my room and checked out the window if the dog was still there. It appears that it was gone. Then at night, I was thinking about whether I should have checked its collar, just incase it was lost. I felt kind of guilty just running away from the dog. but it might have just walked home or its owner might have found the dog. So, I just listened to some music to the dog out of my mind and I fell asleep.

Reflection

Right now in school, it is term 4. Our teacher gave us a couple of tasks to complete like some maths, writing, topic and reading. I have so far completed most of the tasks except for writing. Sometime we have fitness between 11:45 and 11:55 which is fun.
